E7 200Smart (Programming & Function Introduction)

The E7 200Smart is programmed using the "STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART" software, with zero learning cost. It supports in-operation editing and forcing functions, meeting various needs of different industries, different customers, and different devices.

The IoT version of the CPU integrates a DB-Link IoT card, enabling easy cloud access without the need for programming or configuration. When paired with Huichen Hcloud Platform, it supports functions such as remote programming, data acquisition, and mobile monitoring.

Ethernet Connectivity: Economical, Convenient Mobile Monitoring

The CPU itself is equipped with a standard Ethernet port and integrates powerful Ethernet communication functions. Users can download programs to the PLC via an ordinary network cable, which is convenient and efficient. Additionally, it supports the Ethernet S7 protocol and ModbusTCP protocol.

Three-Axis Pulse: Smooth Motion Control

The CPU itself integrates up to 3 channels of high-speed pulse output, with a frequency of up to 100 kHz. It supports PWM/PTO output modes and various motion modules, allowing flexible configuration of motion envelopes. Equipped with a user-friendly wizard setup function, it enables rapid implementation of device speed regulation, positioning, and other functions.

Hidden Encryption to Protect Developers

Based on system-level encryption, it protects developers' intellectual property from leakage. Developers can customize the program blocks that need encryption. Once encrypted, the program will be "hidden" when downloaded to the PLC, and cannot be uploaded or copied.
