Functional Introduction
The wind turbine yaw training platform includes a yaw actuator, a yaw control cabinet, a yaw console, etc. The yaw actuator consists of a yaw base, a yaw bearing, a yaw hydraulic brake and its pipelines, a yaw motor and brake, a reducer, a cable twist limit sensor, etc. The yaw control cabinet mainly includes a yaw controller, a yaw driver, a motor protector, a safety relay, a DC power supply, an overcurrent and leakage protector, etc. The human-machine interface of the console serves as the human-machine interaction system and the trainee terminal of the training assessment system. A yaw system control panel is set on the console, which can set the yaw mode, manual yaw, wind direction, monitor yaw status indicators, etc.
