With the rapid development of industrial automation technology, the intellectualization and high efficiency of plant ventilation systems have become an indispensable part of modern industrial production. As an advanced programmable logic controller (PLC), Huichen E7 Smart PLC plays an increasingly important role in plant ventilation projects. This article aims to elaborate on the application of Huichen E7-30XP CPU in plant ventilation projects, especially its functional characteristics of controlling the frequency of fan inverters through analog signals and controlling the start/stop of fans via PLC.

This project mainly focuses on the optimization and intelligent transformation of the plant ventilation system. We selected Huichen E7-30XP CPU as the core controller. This CPU is equipped with 4-input/2-output analog channels, which can realize precise control of the fan inverter frequency. In addition, the CPU is also provided with an Ethernet communication port, which facilitates connection with devices such as upper computers and touch screens, enabling real-time data transmission and monitoring. During the project implementation, we made full use of these functional characteristics of the E7-30XP CPU to achieve intelligent control of fan start/stop and inverter frequency.
